In the public scripts there is a directory called Base Working Strategies.
The CQ_Basic_Bull_Momentum is a fully functioning algo that trades based upon a series of up ticks in the market.
A copy/clone of this script will allow you to run a full test script and allow you a base to start placing your own code.
