any plans for standard libraries upgrade?

Most of the commonly used python libraries are many versions behind the current. sklearn 0.17 vs current 0.20, and 0.18 vs 0.22 for pandas. Is there a plan to upgrade at some point in near future?

We are aware of this and I have passed it up to the development manager again for attention. Hopefully we can get them refreshed very soon.
