Only requested "Basic PnL" and "Summary" reports, and had no problems getting those for other backtests. But this one seems to be stuck.

I am having the developers look at it, if it is still stuck they will release it for you. I feel your pain, this does happen occasionally and we have not found the cause but it locks you up, you have to wait, you cannot re-request, you cannot cancel. Fortunately it happens very infrequently, unfortunately, as such, we cannot reproduced reliably.
