missing S&P500 universe over a 45-day period

I am getting no tickers inside S&P500 universe for the period 10-01-2015 through 11-16-2015, in addition to a number of one-off days throughout the history.
Can these gaps be filled? I can provide a complete list if needed, but certainly such a large gap is rather surprising.

I picked that up from your other post and passed it to our devs. It seems to be a glitch and should be resolved soon.
That 45 day block has been repaired.
