Nevermind I think I figured it out I did a backtest with 1 trade for 100 shares which had a commission of $0.99 and max capital of $11,042 then another with 1 trade for 1000 shares and max capital of $110,420 and commission of $9.91. Both trades had a commission of aproximately 0.0000897%
